In this deadpan ode to new beginnings, “The Whole World and His Wife” revolves around an aging shyster who, despite having an exceptional know-how for swindling, exclusively applies his experience to unusual and low stakes situations. After copying the answers of an eye exam chart onto his arm in an effort to renew his license, Harold Walker counterfeits a rare postage stamp and trades it to an unsuspecting collector. We soon find Harold fleeing his colorless marriage with the used car he received in the exchange.
